League Payment with PayPal
Option 1: Your team will not be working the required 1 concession night during league, then choose “League Payment with Concession buyout/ $1,100.00″
Option 2: Your team will be working the required concession night during league, then choose ”League Payment/ $800.00″. You will need to mail in a deposit check for $300.00 that LYSA will hold until your team has worked and met the concession night requirements.
Note: Both options require you to mail or drop off the Player Registration and Parental Consent Form. Please go to the “Tournament and League Information” page, ”Forms and Handouts” and down load the Player Registration and Parental Consent form.
Tournament Registration and Payment with PayPal
Step 1: Fill out registration form below. There are 3 “Type of Registration” options.
- Tournament — Single tournament fee for U10 age division and up.
- Tournament 8U — Tournament pricing designated for 8U age division only.
- Crazy 8s — Tournament designated for 8U age division only.
Step 2: Make payment using PayPal. Fill out form immediately following the team registration form. If not submitting payment using PayPal mail check to: LYSA, PO Box 5744, Lincoln, NE 68505-0744
Credit Card Payment: Please complete the entire form below to register. After completing the Registration form and PayPal information, you’ll be taken to PayPal log-in screen. You may pay using your PayPal account or credit card.
Note: There is a $25.00 processing fee on all refunds for League and Tournament registrations.
Late Registration: If you are trying to register for a tournament within 2 weeks from the start of the tournament, you will need receive permission from the tournament director. To find out who the tournament director is, please email us at dorisbairtournaments@windstream.net
